Reasons (excuses) for only doing 4: slept in, hot w/ no shade, on a time crunch if I wanted to eat Gma Loppnow's pancakes before leaving. So I tried to make it count. Last mile was the quickest I've gone in a while. My feet starting burning. Gotta get back into the grind next week.
The weekend was solid. Good to see Anna again. Had tons of fun dancing at her foster sister's wedding on Friday. Ended up on the shoulders of some rando dude at some point. I might have stolen the show a bit but the bride and groom (both of whom I've never met) came up to me at the end of the night and hugged me saying they loved my dancing and I brought the party so that's good I guess. The rest of the weekend was pretty chill with Anna's fam. Big fan of them, super in the moment, fun, caring people. It was kinda sad to hear about her brothers' issues. Hope they figure things out. Took Sunday off of running but I went on a long walk with Claire, Anna, and Peter so that works. Noah took the router when he moved this weekend so I came back to no wifi. Looks like I'll be off the grid, living like a wild animal for the week.
