Kept it easy today. Focused on form. I had the image in my mind of the running store's slow-mo video of me running with my right ankle snapping in on every step. Not sure how to fix that but I tried to keep my ankle stable whatever that means. Mostly just took shorter strides and kept my heels from touching the ground. Afterwards I did some yt video workout of some runner showing me some stability moves like single leg squats and other shit. I haven't been injured so maybe I shouldn't be trying so hard, but it can't hurt right?
