Notes

1 mi warmup, 6 mi tempo, 2 mi cooldown. Got some more great weather and I felt fantastic even after the big hill in mile 5. Looking back on it, I should've tempo'd 7, but it's probably good to not end the tempo feeling completely spent. Honestly, I'm a little bit worried about how good I'm feeling because I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to feel shitty at this part of the training cycle. I just put in my highest mileage so far last week and it feels like I'm peaking with 11 weeks left before the half. It sure is fun feeling fit though and seeing all those miles that start with a 5. Gotta keep up the grind.
