Solid easy run. Mile 6 was a bit quick but that's because there were these two girls (kinda attractive ngl) that were catching up to me so I acted like I was doing an interval workout and ran like 5:30 pace for a quarter mile (with perfect form of course) once they almost passed me. They probably thought I was really cool. 4xbouncy after (is that what you call strides?),
Despite the week's grueling humidity, I'm feeling much stronger on these runs. I'm now sleeping 7.5 hours (which can still improve) and I stopped going twice a day. I think I won't do two-a-days for this marathon training. I might be strong enough to incorporate it into next April's marathon training, but I don't think my body is ready for it now.
