Notes
Not great. Overall I've just been really sore this week. This was gonna be 9 but my legs were really feeling it so I cut it short.
Analysis: I'm not giving my body time to recover.
1 - I'm not getting enough sleep. I've been averaging 6.5 for the past couple weeks.
2 - I don't think my body is ready for two runs/day especially on little sleep.
I think I'm gonna run once a day for the next few weeks and try to get to bed earlier. I need to understand that recovery for the next workout/long run is the main purpose of easy days. So I need to run easier and get more rest.
