At work. Ran into some people. First, this guy who later introduced himself as Mark struck a conversation with me. Apparently he's a regular and he was out of town for the last 2 weeks which is why he hasn't been there. He really liked to talk. I'll probably see him again and have some uncomfortable convos. Second, as I was walking to my car, ADREW FUCKING LINDSTROM was walking out the door right behind me. The odds. Never ran into him in 4 years and I see him twice in one day. We talked a bit in the parking lot. Learned he still lives on Langdon (frat/sorority row) and will still live there, and apparently he's been a distance runner since sophomore year of college. The fuck. He hated XC in high school. Beast at the 400 though. Who knew Andrew Lindstrom would have run a marathon before me. He and Will are apparently running the Twin Cities marathon the exact same day as my Milwaukee marathon. I signed up for mine like last week and I was debating between those two exact marathons. Anyway, he asked to get lunch sometime. I mean I'm down but we weren't really friends before for a reason. Maybe we'll gel now. Who knows.
