A little tune up HM. Honestly really surprised myself with this given how poor my training has been. I did stop quite a bit at stoplights, stopping my watch too, but it didn't add up to too much time. Still 1:25:00 elapsed which was exactly my goal for this. Truly a beautiful day given how it's been lately so I quite enjoyed it. Awesome running weather. I was a little worried I went out too hard but I kept feeling pretty good til about 10-11 when it became a grind. Goo'd at 7ish. Picked a new route that didn't seem too hilly. Missed a turn but it still worked out. Mile 7 was on a trail that had a bunch of icy spots that slowed me down trying to avoid them, but besides that it was mostly big roads where there wasn't any ice or snow. Not my favorite route by far but I think it was the right call for today cuz basically anything else gets way too hilly. Really gluttoned out after and now I'm sitting here bursting at the seems feeling like I don't need to eat again for days.
