I wanted to run a progression and it kind of turned out similar to the one with Jake last Friday. I really started hitting anaerobic around 5:50 pace so I had to ease up at 4.5 miles and yog it in. I'll keep doing these once a week and see if I can slowly increase my threshold pace. I should progress for the whole run and aim to finish at 5:50 pace. I was a bit ambitious today but that's better than lazy right?
