I went reverse with this loop for the first time. Gotta shake things up every now and then. There is this big hill in Long Lake Regional Park that I tried to run up, but it just has these skinny trails filled with brush so I bailed after getting halfway and tearing up my legs a bit, I think this route is hilly enough and I can use hills near my house if I want to start doing workouts like that. Went a little quicker than I probably should've for an easy run. I'll dial it back after my progession tempo tomorrow
