Notes
Much better than last week. I brought along 2 cuties to eat at the turnaround to get "the strength I need to move on" and I think they were pretty helpful. I got into a nice groove in the first half. After mile 9 my legs were starting to feel heavy and it took some effort to keep up the pace after that. I really wanted to be done around 14. I can't imagine what I'll feel like going 11 more. I think 3 hours is still a good goal.
