Notes

Did a 2 mile warm up to get the legs going. Did a half mile of pick ups on the track, then hit a 4 by 200 workout just to put some shock into system. I did 30, 32, 32, 33. It was fairly difficult. I had trouble getting a rhythm with my form because I haven't run in two weeks thanks to mono. Glad to be back. Staying confident for Saturday.
