Notes

Overslept and missed the first part of the workout. Jumped in on the workout and got right to it. The reps were difficult and I went faster than last week. The recoveries were a lot slower though. I had to press through really hard. At the end I couldn't really control my breathing so I know that I gave myself a lot of hard work today.
