Notes
First up was the hill workout today. I did 10 reps and jogged back down the hill when I finished. I was very cautious on the first couple, and tried to touch based with the rest of the front pack. After I got comfortable I began to push the pace and I really started ripping up the hill. In total I averaged about 2:45 per rep. I felt great and a lot stronger than last week. It was really good to be back with the team.
