Duke Hill

Notes

Woke up and did a hill workout before I left today. I did the 10 reps that I usually do and really got things moving. I didn't take a whole lot of recovery time but I didn't take my time getting up the hill either. It was a lot of hard work and a great workout overall. My legs were very heavy and I had to challenge myself to keep pace because I was in fact alone, but I overcame it.
