Notes

Well, I've almost convinced myself to quit fooling around barefoot and buy some sandals or something. I don't know that I'll ever be able to stand running on those gravelly sections. It hurts! I ran from the gym along the commando route up to Wyse, but had enough just beyond there. The windy path along the creek up to boundary bridge was a pleasure, but the rocky parts of the commando were torture. Does anyone actually get used to running on rocks like that? Or do they just get exceptionally good at finding the exact spot to plant their feet where it will hurt least?
