Mizuno Wave Rider, supposedly they improved it from what I had in 7th-8th grade, which fell apart easily. These are NEUTRAL to be better for my new orthodics.
After my first run, I'm not sure how I feel about these. My orthodics slide around in them a bit, and they did slide forward/backward for sure a couple of times. They feel good and springy.
After 200 miles, the outer heel on each shoe is worn greatly. There is about 1/4 inch from the worst worn part to the rest of the sole... I think thats where my IT band tightness has been coming from - my feet falling outward on each stride. Anyway, I got new ones after 200ish miles on these.
