I missed this morning because I had a doctor's appointment, so I ran later. I was going to do intervals in the middle school field, but I forgot that their sports have started, so I went to see Mr. Smith after middle school CC ended. We talked for 30 or 40 minutes about the upcoming season, then I ran by church and through Pheasant Hills to home.
