This was definitely my best run of the week. There is a Castle-like hill at the first mile mark-ish. The course goes down a bit and then up another 200-300 feet in the second grueling hill, which I made up still running. I walked for less than a minute after I ran down a hill and I was supposed to take the turn at the top of the hill. I slowed down on the second hill (the biggest) and ran a bit faster on the last mile or two. Great run/loop.
