4 x 1600 intervals on the track. I ran with the normal group of Joe, Talbot, Cappa, Matt, and Mike. Our first was good, at 5:39 (we were going for 5:30-5:40 [under 5:40]). The catch today was that we had :30 less rest in between miles. The second was just over at 5:42. We were running 5:20 pace for the first 800m and slowing down a lot after. The third one hurt the most, but we did it pretty fast at 5:32. Our final one was 5:30 and felt a little better. I had an orthodontist appt. so I had to leave to cool down right after I finished, and I only did a few minutes.
