Arrowhead, ran with the good times team, Matt and Matt. It was cool, just like in Middle School or whatever we haven't run just us in forever. (The rest fell back by the bike trail) Anyway, hot out, but got a good water stop at Nisbet. Heels a little sore... besides that, everything is great
