Mizuno Wave Rider 10 (2nd Pair)
We did "Goodale" which I guess is the outer loop in the Lever Park neighborhood, then up Baker's street and back to the school. Anyway, I felt pretty good, my ankles were good but my foot hurt some. My knees were pretty loose.
