Notes

A bit wet on the track, light drizzle for part of the workout. Cory, Pat, Joe, and I. The point of this was 77, 75, 73, 71, 69. I though it was kind of cool because it tricks your body into thinking that it's getting tired faster. My legs were tight and tired, but I made it through fine.
