Notes
Our race was late in the day, and it was hot and dusty. Matt and I were both on varsity today because David Derrick was gone. I felt ok during the race, but I feel like I could have run harder. Especially because Joe beat me by about a second, so I'm not on varsity anymore. Next week, however, we can run 10, so I will get to run in that race (Centerville). Fackler yelled at me with 200m or so to go, which helped me out, but I think I could have run faster overall. I did get almost a PR, though, on a much hotter day. My legs felt pretty good, my hips were tight for the first mile or so.
