Newtown race, felt pretty good leading up, just a little nervous for whatever reason. A big cannon was the starting gun, that was pretty cool. First mile I passed Finney & Co., finished it in 5:19. I guess I slowed down a lot for the second mile, finished around 11:00. I wanted to get under 17, and I was on pace, but the hill was there, so I didn't speed up that much, although I passed a few hill-deficient runners. I saw 16:45 at 3 miles, but still gave everything on the sprint. 22 second PR
