Notes
2 mile at conference championships. I was with a Harrison kid for the first 6 laps or so. I kept trying to get around him, but he kept me from it. The first mile was 5:01, and I was trying to get under 10. A few times, I tried to get in the Harrison kid's way, and apparently I got my knee spiked, because at the end of the race there was a lot of blood running down. I finally got around the Harrison kid on the 7th lap, and the Anderson kid who was waiting behind us passed me going into the last lap. I tried to stay with him, but he had a pretty good kick. He had been waiting behind me and Harrison while we were using energy to stay in the lead. I ended up getting beat by the Anderson kid. Baker got 1st, Belliston from Milford 2nd, Anderson 3rd, and me 4th. PR in 10:03, word on the street is Baker's time sophomore year was 10:11
