We went very slow and not very far today, even for an easy day. We went to Lever Park, the NW cul-de-sac in Glen Lakes, then through Claiborne/The Heights back to the school. I only aggravated my ankle once, when i stepped on the slant in the gutter. It was probably good, though, that I didn't run hard, so my ankle could get better.
