Notes

First hill workout of the season, from VFW bridge to Grailville exit driveway. Building up to 6 x 800m later this summer. Started today at 2 x 800. I figured this hill would be a good estimate, and it was a little over a half mile. Not sure if I'll stick with this hill or go to Whippy Dip at some point.
