My knee hurt when I got out of bed today, especially when I put pressure on it, but it went away before I left for practice. Today we planned for 55 minutes. We went up Broadway to Hanna, which we followed until the new part of Miami Trails, which isn't on Google Earth yet. We left Miami Trails on the road we take from the Miami Trails 8, and got water at McCoy. We took 48 back, doing a loop in another neighborhood that GE doesn't have pictures of yet. Joe, Fackler, Cappa, Talbot, Matt, Dan, Mike, and I. My left orthodic hurt my foot a little bit, and it has been, possibly since I got them. The middle of my left foot didn't show up on the scanner, which may have made the making of the orthodic difficult and not shaped well to my foot. We are going back for a follow-up for the toes on Friday; I will ask him then.
