Notes
Today our group was Joe, Fackler, Talbot, Mike, Dan, Cappa, and I. This was my first day back from vacation. I felt pretty good except I had to stop for a minute to tie my shoes because my foot was rubbing. I wore a band aid on the blister where my shoe is rubbing from the orthodic. It felt pretty good, just a little too much pressure on my foot from the tight shoe. It felt like we went faster on the bottom loop at Grailville, but I guess our pace wasn't very fast. I am going to miss tomorrow's practice because of a doctor's appointment. It was hot today but not as hot in Tennessee.
