Good, tough workout. 16x400 on the track... Nothing really eventful went on. We got most of the times somewhat easily for the first half (goal was 72-75). We had some problems with leaders, switching places and going too fast... I started to get pretty worn out around 10 or 11, but it wasn't too bad. The last few were a little faster just for fun. I feel like I got a lot out of this one. Also, new Brooks spikes feel a lot more cushioned on the track than the old ones.
