Notes
It was really hot today, and a smog alert, and I didn't drink enough, so not a great workout. We did 12 400ms on the track. We had the usual target time of under 1:20, but our rest was decreased to 1:45. I went with the normal group, and was feeling bad before we even started (legs sluggish, sweating a ton). My hips were really tight, and it took a few seconds for me to get to the speed of the others after the start. I was feeling dizzy and vomity after 8 or 9, and the water helped a little. I'm glad I did the whole thing, I wasn't sure if I would. Coach yelling at me and Matt saying cmon helped more than usual when I was back from the pack. I felt pretty bad as well on the cool down; my legs took a little to start up again. I iced my knees, upper hips/quads, shin, and ankles.
Despite all this, I was at or under target time for all of them.
