Cold and raining... 5 minutes off, around 7:00 pace, 10 minutes on, around 6:00 pace, 5 minutes off, around 7:00 pace. The varsity guys, Matt O, Joe, Dan, and I started all together today. My left spike came untied halfway through. It was really cold and wet.
