Castle Hill

Notes

Surprise! Castle hill, because the track was still iced over. It started off cold and wet, but the sun came out so it got better. We did around 1:40 for the first 7. Then Coach told us to do 3 1:25s, which were harder but felt pretty good. We then did 3 1:20s, with 1:30 rest at the bottom of the hill. My legs were getting tight by then and very tired. I kept up with Baker and Cory for those. The last one was a 1:15 after 1:30 rest. I think I ran 1:17ish. It was pretty good, no major problems, just expected sorenesses.
