Notes
A nice day, a little windy and wet left over from rain earlier. My calves weren't as sore as I thought they would be. I have an orthodontist appointment tomorrow after school and I think I'm going to take the day off after it. I would be doing hills, but I'm tired and sore in a lot of places. Easy on Friday, long on Saturday. Mike is supposedly running on Saturday, I hope he does.
