Last day with Jon, he's going back towards school tomorrow. Bike trail to the bridge as always. About 3:10s to 3:15s on the trail, roughly for 800s. It sucks that Jon is leaving though, he got me out the door and we did four runs for 36 miles probably, all around 6:40 pace. There's nobody left that is fast...
