Another really hot day. We ran at the old middle school track today because there was a home football game. The track was a 440 yard, so about 415-420 meters? I changed the distances a little bit based upon that assumption. Before changing it, it was 2550, 2625, 2550. Anyway, we didn't really hit times very much and it was unpleasant in general. Our warm up was from the high school to the middle school, about 3 miles total.
