Notes

Started a little too ambitiously at 12kph without first doing a warm up. Dropped the speed to 11kph for several minutes before bumping it up to 11.5kph, then back to 12kph. The last two minutes were run at 14kph (which very nearly killed me seeing as I was working at 97% of my maximum HR!!!).
