Had two or three walk breaks but didn't stop the clock for those. Given that, I'm fairly happy with the average - it means my speed when running was quite good. My pace between St George's Road and home was under 4 min km pace (at one stage it was 3.53 pace.....very HAPPY with that. Shame I can't do it for long lol).
