Max HR of 181 (nearly spewed at 27 min mark). Ran at 12kph for 6 mins, then 12.5kph until 15 mins. Ran at 12.6kph up to 25 mins, 13kph for 3 mins then sprinted at 14kph for last 2 mins. Stretched out legs three times but overall they felt good.
