Had a couple of rest/stretch breaks this time.....the old legs were definitely hurting. Cardio-wise I felt okay, but my legs were pretty tired and crampy. Going by the pace, I've taken 23 seconds per km off since starting to run again last Monday, but it doesn't feel like I'm going any faster. If I can do this loop (on my own) with only one stretch/rest break, it's time to add a little more distance.
