No wind today and rode with Keith. We were absolutely flying along until we hit Alexanders Road, and then Keith's heart started bouncing around like a ping pong (afib) and we had to slow down. He went home from Grey Street/Grubb Avenue which meant I could speed up again, but we lost a lot of pace having to slow down. I think our pace would've been 33kph if we'd kept to our previous speed....possibly even higher. Was a great ride.
