Am really happy with the average tonight - Keith's A-fib was playing up again so I took the lead from the get-go. Very little breeze which definitely helped (although no tailwind is always a disappointment). Legs felt very strong and if anything, I had to hold back the pace simply because Keithster didn't have any power to go. Maybe a run tomorrow night and a long(ish) ride Monday :-)
