Notes
Was initially going to run 12km but after running 200mtrs decided to only do 7, as I'm still tired from yesterday. I'm surprised the time's as good as it is because I didn't feel as though I was running all that fast (perhaps a sign of a better running technique??). Am pretty happy with today's effort and will endeavour to do 12km tomorrow afternoon. I won't be running in the 5km fun run...I don't think I'm up for a race pace.
