Notes

First run in three weeks and, surprisingly, went okay. Didn't break into a sweat until 12 min mark. Just to indicate my lack of fitness however was the max HR of 185 (heart attack anyone???). Ran at 10kph for first 10 mins, then 10.5 for 5, then 11kph for 5 mins. Ran the remaining 10 mins at 12kph (which nearly killed me by the end). Had one quick breather at 24 min mark, but apart from that the bod and legs held up well. Motivation........keep kicking me in the ass please.
