Notes
Decided at the last minute to head out on the bike (definitely am not liking the end of daylight savings though) :-/. Am fairly happy with the average, although I'd have to say I don't think I've ever had quite as many trucks go past me in the opposite direction!!!
Legs a little wobbly by the time I got home :-)
