Whoo hoo........NO WIND!!! Keith's legs were a little sore from running yesterday, and I wasn't all that keen to push really hard, so we had a (relatively) easy ride. Our average was still pretty good, and my HR is getting lower with each ride. Maxed out at 160(ish) going full speed up a hill.......usually I would've got to 170+
Pretty happy with today :-)
