Notes

Ran intervals again mostly made up of 1 min @ 10kph then 2 mins @ 12kph. I threw in 4 x 14kph x 1 min. I wasn't sure if my time was 25.34 or 25.44 but I'll go the longest time which will give me something more to aim for. It's the same pace as my last run but five mins longer.
