Had Power Gel about 15 mins before leaving and another at Century Inn (about 35-40 mins into run). This was a fantastic run by myself. I felt really good and strong and even though hip was niggly before starting it wasn't a problem for the first 15kms or so. I took 13 mins 19 off last Tuesday's time - mainly because I was running by myself at my own pace, and partly because i felt so good. Early morning runs obviously agree with me.
