Notes

10kph for the first 5 mins to warm up, then 10,5kph to 9 min mark. Upped speed to 11 for a few minutes, then 11.5kph. Ran at 12kph for the last (approx) 7 minutes. Had a stretch at about 20 min mark which probably helped me get my breath back (was feeling a little fatigued prior to starting). All in all, a good run and (I think) a PB.
