Notes

Despite not running for a few days, and my legs feeling very unco for half of this run, I felt okay. Surprisingly my HR didn't go over 170bpm even when running at 14kph. Admittedly my legs were a little tight and needed a stretch, but otherwise was good (especially considering I really had to push myself on to the treadmill in the first place) :-)
